Broker systemd unit file is broken #133

The systemd unit file for the broker, etc/systemd/aquilon-broker.service in the git repo, is broken by the double-quotation character at the end of the ExecStart line as systemd objects to this.

I will submit a PR with the correction shortly.

Remove the double-quotation character at the end of the ExecStart line:

- This character breaks the unit file for use by systemd.
- This change address issue quattor#133
