Drop deprecated API's bind/bind_s - see #25

We may want to hold off on the deprecation work. We (the openldap project) are currently discussing the possibility of dropping the whole concept of deprecating those functions, as it has not been widely adopted in existing code.

+1 I agree - I also agree with generally not deprecating these two.
