Feature Request: Upgrade tensor strategy to support more sparse layouts than just COO

Right now, the tensor strategy only supports COO, because that is the only sparse layout listed on the torch.layout documentation page.

However, torch has far more robust sparse tensor support than the torch.layout page suggests, including many new sparse layouts.

As a user, I'd like my tensor strategy to support any possible tensor that could be generate, including these additional sparse tensors.
