DiskStatusAnalyzer was removed, but copying logic still depends on DiskStatusAnalyzer (https://github.com/qoollo/bob-tools/blob/master/src/DisksMonitoring/Bob/DisksCopier.cs#L31). This should be fixed.

Also, there should be a parameter in config, that allows to disable data copying
