Create Recipes in the website - Django and Tornado

Create a provy Recipes section in the website so users can easily create django or tornado deployments. This recipes should be expanded in the future and all of them should be hosted in a provy_recipes github repository.

To link the files in the website we should use http://gist-it.appspot.com/

I stopped in the middle of the django recipe. Need to work more on this.

Not essential to 0.5.0.
