pY industry already adds 10 different tank variants. Is it really needed for even more variants? |

It has variants. But will be nice to upgrade tanks as train wagons grow bigger. It's not possible to fit 100k tank in-place of 30k tank which was built for mk1 wagons(25k capacity). and mk3 wagons can carry 90k.. adding tanks back-to-back affect throughout and needs more space. |

As train fluid wagons are MK1,MK2, MK3 and MK4. It would be nice to have storage tanks such as MK1,MK2 ,MK3 and MK4.
It can be as simple as a color change, or the graphics can look like tanks stacked on top of each other.
Once an MK1 wagon gets updated to an MK3 wagon. Storage tanks need 3x Capacity or 3 tanks.
