Issue Description

Type: bug report

Describe what happened (or what feature you want)

After creating a PR the following error is shown when auto opening the PR.

Describe what you expected to happen

The PR details should load.

This appears to be a result of #669

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Create a new branch
  2. Push changes to the branch
  3. run Octo pr create
