Adding GitHub login to status line

Adding the GitHub login via the gh.graph function:

Here is the configuration that would be used with lazy.nvim and lualine.nvim

There might be a way to use async with lualine but I didn't get that far 😄

EDIT: This can also be done with the vim.g.octo_viewer variable which might be the easier route
