What happened?

Per second attachment from #4273

How do we reproduce the behavior?

  1. Open the PWA Builder URL in Anaheim dev browser.
  2. PWA Builder page will appear.
  3. Tab to code snippet
  4. Observe the issue.

What do you expect to happen?

Copy to clipboard enabled through keyboard navigation

What environment were you using?

OS Build: Windows 11 Enterprise Insider Preview 22H2 (23493.1000)
Edge Browser: Version 115.0.1880.3 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
User ID: V-

@Anshi0420, for this issue, when you found yourself focused on the whole code block, all you need to do is press tab one more time and focus gets switched to the "copy to clipboard" button. It would be good to discuss if this is still an issue or not
