Prototype DataSpace export for Library PDFs

Prototype the code that we'll use to get export the metadata and files for the records in DataSpace that will be moved to Figgy.

Got enough for a prototype on PR #867

In summary we can use the built-in dspace export tool to get metadata and files our or we can use the REST API.

The dspace export seems to be a much simpler approach.
