Thanos is dependent on the busybox container produced by this repository.
It have been discussed to use pinned versions for this container, see thanos-io/thanos#911 (comment).
This would give better control and more "stable ground" instead using the latest tag which has had regressions in the past.
Such an undertaking would require using some version schema and do specific version tagging on https://quay.io/repository/prometheus/busybox?tab=tags
What do you think, is it possible to do this? Do you think it is a good idea? Could it be beneficial to Prometheus as well?
