<odd> <note> & <fileplan> elements are not displaying #886

We are currently indexing the <odd>, <note>, and <fileplan> elements among our searchable notes on collections & components. Text from those fields gets searched and highlighted in results when matching a query. However, these three fields do not currently display anywhere in a collection or component show page.

Closing this ticket in favor of #898 where I have included these elements among a list of several others that need to be addressed.
