I update the windows 10 today and software crashes

I see there are some changes to README but it doesn't work for me: after reboot, Windows still complains about the driver and PCP shows error dialogs.

For me, it helped to disable it like mentioned here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5020779-the-vulnerable-driver-blocklist-after-the-october-2022-preview-release-3fcbe13a-6013-4118-b584-fcfbc6a09936

Fixes work for me in contrast to the already suggested solution. Resolves project-sbc#54
