Add gamepad controls for the side menu #33

Currently I can use the gamepad open up the side menu overlay.
It would be nice if I could use the gamepad to actually change settings.

D-Pad for navigation up and down.
A to tick checkboxes expand dropdown menus
Right stick for scrolling
