依存ライブラリ等を定期的にバージョンアップしていくために、Dependabotを導入します。

設定

  • ライブラリにアップデートが入ったら自動でPR作成(develop向け)
    • 導入初期は、自動マージまではされないほうがよさそう
    • CIを流してテストが通ることを確認

※OpenFiscaのアップデート自体は #187 で行う

フロントエンドのTypeScript、バックエンドのPython両方PR作成して良さそう

Dependabotの都合上バージョンアップの設定が漏れてしまう箇所が無いかは要確認
