Not sure what you mean by this. What exactly are your settings? Also, can you explain more what you mean by "intentional website switching"? How would that work exactly? |

First of all, thank you for considering me, now let me explain to you in detail what my problem is. Understand that I am using this extension just for the delaying mechanism anyway to clear all your doubts, I will attach a screen recording as well as extension settings as a text file. "When I set a 60-second delay and then a 3-minute lockout ". What this means, Now let me explain what " intentional website switching" or what my problem is New tab - www.google.com - leech block delay (normal) - timer ( 3mins) starts on domain page ( here www.google.com) - after this is where my problem starts . While the timer goes on normally when I am on google.com, if I try to move to any website and come back to google.com, what happens is that the delay page restarts and the timer starts again. Instead of this, what I am seeking is to make that timer universal, which means letting the timer continue even while I am example.com, and after the timer stops, let it either close the tab or start the delay page again. If you still don't understand, please check out the onesec extension or any other delaying extension where this has been perfectly implemented. |

Hi James,
I hope this message finds you well.
I wanted to bring to your attention an issue that is disrupting my workflow and productivity. I primarily use this extension to implement delays or interventions specifically for Google.com. Here’s how the issue manifests:
When I set a 60-second delay and then a 3-minute lockout, I notice that after the initial 60 seconds, the 3-minute countdown begins. However, I’ve observed that this timer is not universal. If I visit another site, such as xyz.com, from Google.com and then return to Google.com, the lockout timer/ blocking resets. This behavior is quite frustrating and interrupts my flow.
I would like to suggest adding an option for "intentional website switching" within Google.com, similar to the lockout feature. I have seen a similar implementation in another extension called One Sec, but I have different issues with that extension.
It would be wonderful if you could address this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Best regards,
Alen.
