I use LeechBlockNG as "are you sure you want to visit this site?" warning with a countdown timer.
I'd like to be able to have this on all the time with some on-demand exceptions - no predefined time window, no predefined window duration. It would be like a toggle switch which returns to "blocked" after restarting the browser.
I have no issues with such easily accessible switch (it can be in settings or even icon's context menu), yet an option to have a warning before accessing some sites would be beneficial. There are probably more people with such needs.
