When the documents gets rescaled, e.g. due to zoom actions (mousewheel, keyboard)
The embedding component should get informed about this via events.
This might e.g. be necessary for to

  • reload resources (binary data)
  • show scaling factor e.g. in statusBar()

The events are currently accepted internally.
