It would be nice to have a way to set different service names for different applications running inside umbrella apps

After doing some tests on mario (claims backoffice umbrella app) I don't think it can be done at configuration level, since even when two different apps (in the umbrella) call PrimaOpentelemetryEx.setup() opentelemetry gets actually started once (and so it reads configurations just once).
It might be much easier to pass it at runtime in our traces entrypoints; e.g in Teleplug, as it was before...

plug Teleplug, service_name: "example"
