studio is not using local version of design-system

When running connect studio in the builder's flow, studio is not using the local version of design system installed in the project. If you have a different version of design system (different from the one used by studio), with a new component, the new component is not available until you build studio again with the new version of design-system.

This prevent using different releases of design-system, like canary versions.
