Minor changes to DFE figures

I think we should swap rwos and columns in the figures 2 and 3 (DFE), such that rows=pop and columns=dfe. Right now it can be hard to see what is going on because there are too many columns in fig 2.

Fig 5 it would be nice if we could hide the color legend which doesn't mean anything there.
