Window not being selected when moving to another screen

I'm on the most recent release of the COPR repo. When I move my mouse cursor from one screen to another, the window on the screen I'm going to is not selected. The same goes when using Super+Left/Right or Super+,/.

This appears to be a regression as this used to work.

Switching between workspaces on the same screen works fine.
