Add Minimum Battery Charge Level Option

The battery panel allows setting a maximum charge level to 80% to extend battery lifespan. However, there's no option to set a minimum charge level when connected to a charger. Deep discharges can also harm battery health, and adding this option would help protect the battery in both directions.
