Rename folder or file experience

Currently, we show "A folder with that name already exists." message in the Rename folder dialog.

The designs have a slightly different flow - might be better to show a separate "File already exists" dialog after one tried to rename the file.

Is it better to show the user that there's a conflict to start with? This allows the user to correct the name in context. If it's a separate dialog, the user must take extra steps: choose Cancel on the second dialog, find the file and choose rename, choose another name that hopefully doesn't conflict and start the cycle again.

If we stay with this flow, the error message should be in an error text color.
