Whenever I resize(manually) the window of any application, it makes some part of the application not responsive. It was mostly the lower part of the application, it is a persistent problem in every app.

Which version of cosmic are you exactly on? This was recently fixed by pop-os/cosmic-comp@53d2cf0

(Also please don't use ALL CAPS titles, you bug report isn't any more urgent/important than any other. thx)

Welp, sorry for the ALL CAPS.

The installed version of cosmic is:
Version: 3.0.0,1735838139,24.04,7f25529
Description: Pop!_OS metapackage for COSMIC-related dependencies.

I noticed something: whenever I manually resize one application and place two different applications side by side, moving my mouse cursor over one application sometimes triggers movement in the other application as well. The position where this happens is almost the same in both applications.
