[bug] numbered workspace-swicher disappears, probably after I reconnected my external monitor

The issue

I reconnected my second monitor and the other bug happened, #776, so I was trying to restore from the bug, succesfully. I continued work thereafter.
The external monitor was occupied by a single window on workspace one, thus there should be two numbers in the workspace-selector, but there was only one (#1), which is a issue you probably already know.
Problem nóẃ is tho, that the numbered workspace-swicher does not show, at all!
