[feature] autohiding dock on the left or right side of the screen, has too small a reäppear-target for the screen that is on the opposite side to the side of the dock

Situation

• I have connected a external monitor to the left of the main monitor.
• I have set a dock to autohide and positioned it to the left of the screen.

From left to right 0: external monitor, 1: main monitor (laptop)

The Issue

• The dock is viable, because the workspace is empty
• If a window is close to it, it autohides
• When autohidden, one can bring the dock back with a quick mouse-over
• The mouse-over-target is pretty small, one could easily miss it.
  the target is one or two pixels wide.

Proposed solution

• a wider mouse-over-target
