Use transcript ids for standard nomenclature descriptions of proteins

Once we have published the genome into GenBank/Ensembl, we will have unique transcript ids that can be used in the transvar descriptions, to make the descriptions at the protein level "standalone" (e.g. a unique identifier for the protein sequence + the variant description in the standard format). To be done once the data is life.
