Polkawatch integration, View Centralization from Nominate tab

Add ability to "View Decentralization" of a selected validator via the "Nominate" tab
e.g., currently users have to go to the Validators tab, search for a validator that was already selected, to verify what country the Validator uses to host their services.
For people like me that constantly check on status of Validators in an attempt to improve my picks, it would be really great to add the same exact buttons as on the Validators tab, to the Nominate tab.
