Chunk not loaded - Not safe to teleport #26

Whenever I set a warp using the essentialsTP plugin in a different world and try to warp to it, it says the error "Chunk not loaded - Not safe to teleport". How do I fix this error because I really need warping on my server,

The quickest fix might be add the levels you need to the pocketmine.yml worlds section, then I think it'll work, but I haven't looked at this in a while. I'll try and fix that soon.
