Creative players can't fly after login #8

Players who are in creative, who logout, then log back in, are unable to fly. They have to be switched from creative mode to survival mode and back again. Tested on a new server without any other plugins.

Not sure why its broken, but thanks in advance!

Using (Pocketmine-mp 1.7dev-591) and (simpleauth 2.1.2-5) if that helps.
