Bad packet: Packet decryption error

Bug happens without plugins

Problem description

When you enter the server, you wait about 10 seconds and the error starts

I'm using WaterdogPE and I have everything in docker. I don't know if this information will help to fix the error.

Expected behaviour

It should decrypt the packets properly, I don't know why it doesn't
