Disentis is approaching fast. A goal we discussed is to go through the pipeline Publication – conversion – GBIF/ChecklistBank – extended COL and see how far we can go to entirely automate and for those names to get flagged for issues create ways to resolve the issues. Issues that might arise from the publishing side, the conversion or import side, to conflicting taxonomy.
I would like to see a presentation of the workflow, may be as life demo as possible, by Friday before or after lunch. That would be a great cheery on the topping.
I would like to suggest that we either do some planning before, eg decide how to communicate, goals, etc. or then meet Wednesday before or after the intro and dinner. This way you have Thursday all day and Friday at least the morning.
Does this make sense?
All the best

IMHO, it would make a perfect sense to have a small technical meeting on
this on Wednesday and present the results of this coordinated effort on
Friday.
