Make software clock as default in sound port

Describe the feature

Software clock has been added to sound port in #4149, but by default it is disabled. Considering the benefits of using software clock, e.g: better timing for RTP & media processings, reduce sound device context load (currently media processing, including audio mixing, encoding & decoding, is done in sound device context), making it enabled by default may be a good idea.
