Describe requirements

INSARAG has a Victim Extrication Form to track the victims rescued/recovered from a worksite. Within SARCOP, we need a way to tie a victim to a Worksite so that we know how many people came from a particular worksite.

Alternatives

For now, we can copy a worksite ID and paste it into a Wildcard field for a victim waypoint. There could be more elegant ways to do this but it would require adding a Worksite ID field to the Waypoint layer.

Impact

This would allow teams to know how many people came from a particular worksite and assist with reporting and resource requests.
