The machine field isn't working on init search (direct link) when you refresh map results #1630

Steps:

Reload the page when init search values populate the url. Example: https://pinballmap.com/map?by_machine_id=687&by_city_name=Adelaide&by_state_name=SA&by_machine_name=The%20Addams%20Family%20(Bally%2C%201992)&address=Adelaide%2C%20SA
Zoom out to where more locations likely are.
Click refresh button
Result: The by machine id/name parameters aren't respected.

Notable is that when you load this page, the "Exact machine version?" toggle isn't present, which I think is an indication of the problem.
