Please add license file

Hello, this package was recently added to your paginator project's go.mod as a dependency. Without a license, it's not possible to verify a module and all of its dependencies for licensing conflicts as a consumer.

Could you please add a license file?

@jacobcase Thanks for your reminding. I even didn't notice there is no LICENSE in this repo. I have added a MIT license. 🙂
