Remember the users email address when they sign up #2

Related to #1, when a user signs up we should remember their email address and re-populate the text box with it when they load the page.

This will help them to know they have already signed up. Or if they are not getting our newsletter, help them to see what email address they used for the signup incase they need to change it.
