The conversion from are is wrong. According to the app 1 are = 4046,8564 square meters. 1 are is of course 100 square meters.

There is no are option in the app. What you are converting is 1 acre, which is indeed 4046.8564 square metres.

I see! Then the issue is with the Dutch translation of the app, because in Dutch it says 'Are'.
