When installed with Homebrew, phylum does not include default extensions (see #822) and does not include the selfmanage feature (i.e., no phylum update, phylum uninstall, and no update check).

Users that choose to use Homebrew installs should be made aware of these differences.

I've added a PR to put a caveat in the formula that will be displayed on install/upgrade
