Publishing checklist

• Run vim spell over it
• Paste into Google Docs for spell check (is it possible to automate this?)
• Post on twitter (don't forget hashtags)
• Post to a subreddit, if appropriate (http://reddit.com/r/ruby, http://reddit.com/r/rust, http://reddit.com/r/dotfiles) in the evening during the week, when America starts to wake up for work. This way it's more likely to have higher ratings for the next morning in Europe.
