Sometimes, sequence quality will cause isolates of the same recombinant to have slightly difference breakpoints, ex.

XCU_XBC.1_FL.23_22228-22576
XCU_XBC.1_FL.23_22330-22576

We really need to think of a way to combine these into one plot if desired...
