Stop 'Turn On Windows Defender' notification?

So I've been getting this notification (that I also got before):

Is there any way to disable it? It's greyed-out, so I can't click it. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Not too sure, I don't touch the firewall at all. I don't have the pop-up. What's your steps on replicating it?

I'm almost sure there's a notification that says 'Turn On Windows Defender' too, but I'll check when I boot into Windows. As for steps... it's just there, has been since I tried to disable it.
