In .yamllint it looks like this:

ignore: |
  t/data/job-templates/invalid-yaml-schema.yaml
  t/data/job-templates/duplicate-key.yaml

The ignore option takes literal paths as well as .gitignore style paths - it might be best to start with literal paths only and then investigate if there's a Perl module analoguous to pathspec.
