Enable users to add pages to sitenav via Tina

Currently the pages listed in a site's navigation are hardcoded. However, most of our users have used WordPress, Squarespace, or some other site builder and would like to be able to edit the sitenav. This is especially important to them as they develop their sites into more extensive resources (beyond maps, posts, and paths).
