Admin did not see Site Admin box checked after editing User record #211

When editing a User record for a Site Admin (which is checked), after saving edits, the box was un-checked. After a refresh, the box was checked again. The return payload for the User edit route is not properly including the Site Admin property, which it should if the editing user is a Site Admin as well.
