Addition of Athos spectrometers

• Rename spect-intensity-corr => Aramis Spectral intensity correlation
• Rename spect-peaks => Aramis Spectral speaks analysis
• Add device selection menu to before number of shots, Device list for Aramis "SARFE10-PSSS059"
• Copy Aramis Spectral speaks analysis as Athos Spectral speaks analysis, Device list for Athos "SATOP21-PMOS127-2D, SATOP31-PMOS132-2D"
• Extraction of x and y channel names from csm config files
• change all spectral pipelines to "Device_name"+"_spec"
• Add x and y channel names to csm config

Let me know when you update all pipeline configs to include output channel names for SPECTRUM_X and SPECTRUM_Y so I can fix the last bits. Anyways, the Athos panel should be available now.
