No tmxutil.py file in the repository

Hi,

Probably a stupid question, and apologies if so, but there is no tmxutil.py in the repository as things stand.

I can't get setup.py to produce it, either.

Any ideas?

I want to use it to convert tmx into tsv for upload into a corset. Should that work?

Oh right I forgot to update the README after reorganising the package a bit.

Does python -m tmxutil --help work for you? It should work anywhere after pip installing the package, but also when you're current directory is the repository's root.
