Rate Of Turn message

Can the NMEASimulator output a seperate ROT (Rate Of Turn) message? I have not found an option to enable this in the settings.
If not, would it be possible to add this function? It is quite interesting as all class A vessels are required to transmit the ROT via AIS.

It currently does not output that sentence.

It could be included when in manual steering mode only.
