Review libraries included in release packages

The DLL directory contains copies of the mex files built from the C++ code and a library of platform-specific external DLL and source.

The built mex files are placed in the root of the folder, other libraries are in platform-specific subfolders.

The package step should be updated to only platform appropriate DLLs

Output

• Updated package step to include platform appropriate DLLs only
• Review of location of compiled mex files, should these move into platform specific folders (e.g. _platform/<matlab release>)
